Cancellation Policy

NEXA CORE PRIVATE LIMITED understands that you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders can be cancelled.

Order Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched from our warehouse
  • After Dispatch: Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible; you may refuse delivery or initiate a return after delivery

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your account and go to “My Orders”
  2. Find the order you wish to cancel
  3. If the order status is “Pending” or “Processing,” click the “Cancel Order” button
  4. Alternatively, contact us at support@nexacore-in.com with your order number

Cancellation Timeframe

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Orders placed during sale events or with promotional discounts may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Online Payments: Full refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • COD Orders: No payment was made, so no refund is required

Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock
  • Incorrect pricing was displayed due to a technical error
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Shipping to the provided address is not possible

In such cases, you will receive a full refund and notification via email.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders (quantities exceeding 10 units of a single product) cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please review your order carefully before placing bulk purchases.
