Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is defective or damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product does not match the description on the website
  • The product has quality issues or manufacturing defects

Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Sale/clearance items are non-refundable unless defective

  2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
  3. If approved, we will arrange a pickup of the product from your address
  4. Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed

Refund Methods

  • Online Payments: Refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer or UPI within 7-10 business days
  • Wallet Payments: Refund to the same wallet within 3-5 business days

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where only part of the order is being returned, or if the product shows signs of use. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
